If a team arrives late for their scheduled session, the session time will be adjusted accordingly to prevent delays for subsequent bookings. Therefore, prompt arrival is strongly encouraged. Recognizing that unforeseen circumstances may arise, if a player is running late but arrives within 30 minutes of their scheduled start time, they can still participate, albeit with a shorter session. In the event that a player is more than 30 minutes late, the session may need to be canceled or rescheduled, depending on room and staff availability.

For a full refund, you may request the cancellation of your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made between 12-24 hours before the scheduled time may not result in a refunded deposit, but we’ll be happy to assist you in rescheduling the session. Unfortunately, cancellation requests within 12 hours of the scheduled time may not receive a refund or be eligible for rescheduling. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
During your participation in the escape rooms at Miss Terry, you have the option to stop the game at any time. The payment for the game is non-refundable.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before your session, we understand that plans can change. While we cannot offer a full refund in this window, please contact us to discuss options such as partial refunds or credit towards a future booking.
- Rescheduling: If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled time, we are unable to offer a refund due to the short notice. However, we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling your session to another time that works for you, based on availability.

Yes, we offer a special promotion for students. Groups of four or more students are eligible for a reduced price of 120,000 VND each. To take advantage of this offer, every group member must show a valid student ID upon arrival. A check-in photo is also needed to activate the promotion.
